THERMAL AND ELECTRICAL INSULATING EXPANDABLE SLEEVING

Description: Braided sleeving made of monofilament polyamide 6.6, mainly meant for applictions of mechanical protection and thermal protection of eletrical conductors and other components. Its main characteristic consists in the special form of braiding, which allows increasing the inside diameter of the sleeving considerably, the sleeving at the same time contracting in length. Its expandability allows the assembly of jacket bunches and sets of wires of different diameters within the same sleeving and is very easy to mount. Very tough and light weight structure. Its major features are halogen free, good chemical resistance, excellent abrasion resistance and self extinguishing.
Operating temperature: From -50°C to +150°C.
Monofilament diameter: 0,25mm.
Expansion ratio: 1 to 2 approx.
